LEFCON is proud to be part of the Western Pennsylvania community. Since our founding, we have invested in the schools, first responders, athletic programs, and organizations that make our community stronger — because we believe a great company builds more than a great business.

Our Community

Rooted In Western Pennsylvania.

LEFCON is headquartered in Harmony, PA — and our community involvement reflects that. We have focused our giving on the organizations and programs closest to home: the Mars Area School District, local first responder agencies, youth athletic programs, and public safety initiatives across Butler County and the surrounding region.

Our commitment to giving back is not a marketing program. It is a reflection of who we are. The same values that drive how we serve our clients — ownership, accountability, showing up — drive how we engage with our community.

In 2023, the Mars Area School District honored LEFCON’s continued support by naming a field at the Mars Area Athletic Complex LEFCON Field. It is one of the things we are most proud of.

Supports NORCAL Golf 4 Charity benefiting Children’s Miracle Network
Provides backup support to Cranberry Township’s drone program by providing use of LEFCON drones
Supports Very Special Arts, a Mars Area School District program promoting art for special needs students
Provides funding to Cranberry Township Public Safety for the purchase of a new drone

Donates a scoreboard for installation at LEFCON Field at Mars Area Athletic Complex — continuing a multi-year investment in Mars Area School District
Supports Very Special Arts, a Mars Area School District program promoting art for special needs students
Funds the purchase of the Butler County Pulse Point first responder network — allowing any first responder to opt into an app that alerts them when their assistance is needed nearby
Donates initial technology package for Harmony District Fire Department’s new Fire House

Donates a state-of-the-art E Sports Lab to Mars Area School District to facilitate development of E Sports scholarships and skill development

Funds the purchase of an ambulance simulation laboratory to provide a real-world training environment for EMTs and Paramedics
Partners with Canine Companions (Denver, CO) to fund the training of Aegis — a service dog named after LEFCON’s cybersecurity division — who will be paired with a person in need
Funds new sound systems for both the gym and football field at Mars High School
